JQ flight, codeshare with QF

Normally i fly QF, however to fly to perth it was far cheaper to book with JQ then QF.

Now i have gone to web check in and it says on the boarding pass that the flight is 'codeshare with QF'

Do that above statement mean i am on a QF plane, or a JQ plane, and is there a site that i can actually check what type of aircraft i am on.

What is your flight number? It may well be JQ metal and QF codeshares on the flight.

Generally CheckMytrip would work with Qantas and Jetstar bookings. If you have the 6 character booking reference you should be able to see the details of the flight including aircraft and carrier.

Most JQ flights show that on the boarding pass. I believe it means that there is a Qantas codeshare on the flight (but not specifically that you are on the codeshare)
