JQ Customer Care Not Available?

I was about to go to the JQ customer care website to provide some (positive) feedback, but the link they provided me comes back with the old '404 not found' !

I was given a card with www.jetstar.com/customercare as the address. Can anyone else load the page?

I submitted positive feedback in March this year. Received a phone call within 24 hours to say 'thanks' and was offered a $25- Jetstar voucher, which I have just redeemed.
