JQ checked baggage booked through Qantas.com

I have booked JQ flights MEL-TSV and return as Classic Awards.

On the QF website it shows my booking has 20kg of checked baggage, but when I view my booking on Jetstar.com, it says there is no checked baggage on the booking.

Am I going to have an issue at the JQ check in counter? Can I check in at the QF counter given my booking was made through them?

I have exactly the same issue with a Japan trip coming up that I booked a few months ago. I nearly freaked when I saw 0Kg as it would cost me more in luggage fees to take the family than if I'd booked a full cost ticket.

I eventually got to speak to someone from JQ on the phone who assured me that I had a baggage allowance, and when I next flew I also went to the JQ desk and they confirmed it for me again, and even said they could see in my notes that I had called about this and was told I had an allowance.

If it was QF I wouldn't be too concerned, but after hearing so many complains about LCC I'm still not totally comfy with it but looks like I have to live with it and trust what I'm being told.
