Japan’s newest low-cost carrier, JetStar Japan, is launching operation from 03JUL12. Initially the airline will operate service from Tokyo Narita with 4 routes, followed by Osaka Kansai-based routes from 24AUG12.

We are talking GK not 3K, who took a lot longer than expected to get approval for that flight.

There are great sales promotions right now to those who are signed up on GK's JetMail.

Sadly, there are no provisions for earning QFF points/SCs even when you buy the plus bundles (just like BL)

Do they even have an English site for GK? I can only find the Japanese side in Japanese.

Also can anyone get MyJetstar to work.. Tried resetting password but I get a Format not valid error. Triedall combinations of 5,6,8,9 letters, mix of caps, other characters and it wont accept a thing.

Right it's 3K but I thought from what I saw on pprune it was being operated by pilots from GK under the 3K AOC

The site I was checking today was the Japanese site - although looking now you can access GK routes and fares through the regular JetStar website (a la BL or 3K or whatever). Just select the japanese cities in the departure and arrival bars and you can book.
