How long does Jetstar take to post pts/SC to QF fflyer?
Have taken a Jetflex flight 13 days ago and still not posted to
account?

In my experience, if a flight on JQ has not posted after 3 working days, it is unlikely to post without using the on-line claim facility.

I flew JQ on Sat 19th January. No points had posted by 23rd so I put a manual claim in then.

They posted yesterday.

Note that on my only non eligible JQ flights showed up on my activity. e.g.
Code:
 10 AUG 07 JQ 710 JETSAVER 08AUG07 HOBART/MELBOURNE - - - 0 0

I have had the same experience: I think the JQ flights count towards "activity" in your QFF account.

Of my two only JQ flights (non eligable) the SYD - CHC posted and the CHC - SYD did not. I didn't followup as there was no need but recall from other posters that the outbound flights tend to post automatically and the inbound tend to need a manual followup.

When checking in at CHC earlier this week (mind you it was EARLY!), the Jetstar employee told me "we don't do frequent flyers here". I guess that's the reason why the pts don't show up.
Btw - my SYD-CHC points have not shown up either.

i have experienced issues having JQ points posted on MEL-BKK star class flights. Normally though onc eI lodge the on line points claim they are posted within 7 days. Note you have to wait 3 days before posting a points claim.

I don't wait any more with SC/Point eligible JQ travel. If they have not posted within 3 working days of travel, I use the online claim facility. In all cases they have posted after doing so.

In the early days of this I did some tests; and all "automatic" posting happens within 2-3 work days after travel. If it has not happened by then, it's time to make a claim.

Flew Jetsaver from SYD - BNK on Saturday 19th Jan, but no entry on statement. First time JQ has not entered a no points/SC flight on my page. Not to worry this time.

I flew Newcastle - Brisbane on the 29 Jan, and return on the 1 Feb. Both flights were originally JetSaver, but due to a botched booking, we had to buy JetFlex flights at the airport in Brisbane on the way back. I submitted a claim for the 1-Feb JetFlex flight on the 4-Feb but neither of the flights show up on my statement yet.
