Hi All

New here and been reading a lot on this but something I cant find exactly clear is jetstar transfers.

I have done a few flights Mel-
goldcoast-Tokyo-goldcoast-Mel. And when in gold coast I always have to pick up bags (usually including a ski bag) and re check in. Is there anyway to get these routed right through. I am silver qff about to get promoted to gold. Would this help?

Jetstar does provide limited baggage connectivity between selected flights (see table below for details) where the connection is within acceptable Recommended Connection Times. It remains the passenger's responsibility to ensure that Recommended Connection Times are allowed for within their schedule.

^^ For baggage to be through checked (transferred) your flights must be in the same booking (ie. Have the same booking reference number).

So the answer to your question is yes, however this only applies if all your flights are under the 1 itinerary (i.e. Melbourne-Gold Coast-Tokyo v.v. all on one ticket)

Hope I've been of some help to you
