Jetstar Classic Rewards - Is oversize luggage included?

I have booked a Jetstar classic rewards flight to Launceston. I am wanting to add 1 piece of oversize baggage. On the Jetstar website, it shows my checked baggage as the 20kg I have already and it says "incl. 1oversize item" Does this mean I don't have to pay an oversize fee as it is included or just that I can take 1 oversize item?
