Hello everyone,
I found a J redemption with JAL From SGN-HND arriving at 06;50 AM, then connect to NRT-FRA departing 10:40 AM. I found it strange JAL would do this (I.e. all under 1 ticket not separate connections) given HND and NRT is not that close to each other, plus we still have to enter/exit immigration etc and do it again in NRT.

Its a very tempting offer, but What do you all think? Is it doable with baggage ?

Cheers!

3.5 hours is the MCT so it is (theoretically) doable. Whether you want to put yourself through that stress is a different matter though given that it takes at least 90 minutes to get between the two airports.

Limo bus leaves at 0740 from terminal 3 arrives 0900 NRT, next is 0825 arr 0955
Thanks for putting it into perspectives @markis10 . I doubt we will make it to the 07.40 bus 😆

You are right, the stress factor might actually ruin the whole experience. Also won’t be able to enjoy Sakura longe.

We were HND plane door to NRT terminal door in under 2 hours a couple weeks ago. We were overnighting in NRT so no stress.

Sakura lounge at NRT is okay but I wouldn't be fretting if I missed it. Sakura lounge (terminal 3) at HND is a goodie btw if your returning via HND. I would be surprised if you missed the 7.40 bus IF your flight is on time. Bus stop is literally outside the terminal door and tickets can be bought as you walk out or online.

Thanks for the insight! If I dont have 3 luggages in tow I might be have more confidence in taking the risk 😅
