'In the coming months, you may notice other financial institutions promoting the introduction of Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) for credit card purchases.
At this stage American Express will not be introducing PINs and your signature will still be required to authorise transactions.
Rest assured that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of using your American Express Card without the need to enter a PIN when making a purchase.
