Issues with mobile checkin / new checkin portal

I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing seat changes due to the new checkin portal, I went to use it this morning as it'll be a tight turnaround through the lounge and it appears to have allocated me seat 15A instead of the seat in row 3 I had confirmed. I couldn't actually progress with the mobile checkin or web checking as it only gave the option of 'accept 15A with no baggage or proceed, but couldnt actually proceed to see what seats are really there.

I doubt it's due to a change in aircraft as its already the E190
