Issue with Safari - keyboard disappears

Does anyone know why my keyboard disappears from screen each time I type a letter on Safari on the iPad or iPhone? It's so frustrating and I now type replies in another program and copy and paste into the forum.

Same happens for me. (Just had to hit 'reply to thread' button three times to get to type this reply. I find if I double tap, and sometimes a few times, it finally sticks. I guess there's always the App, though I tend not to use it either as I like the comfort of the web site interface.

Same for me, interestingly hitting the advanced tab is a workaround.

Glad to know its not just me. To type this one I had the same issue but have gone to the advanced link and it works fine.

Wonder if there's a solution.

I'm glad to see that it isn't IE10 on Windows RT that has problems! I can't get Carriage Return (ie Enter) to work at all on IE10 in PC Mode. I have to convert to mobile mode. No problems though in Safari for Mac OS X

I find its not every time (interesting that its fine this time but I have hit "reply with quote"). I've also noticed that if I leave the page for a few minutes it stops - so maybe it's an issue with the page completely loading.

No issues again. The only time I have an issue is that I sometimes have to hit reply a few times before the reply dialogue box opens up.

Its been doing it for a while. Only when you reply, not when you quote someone first.
