Is there a Skyteam airline equivalent of USDM, LM or AAdvantage worth joining?

I have seen a couple of reviews of flights in Korean Airlines A380 first class which doesn't look too bad..

I know Skyteam seems to be the distant-third preferred alliance, but if wanting to experience KE, do they have a decent airline loyalty program that equates to the deals of buying miles with USDM, LM or AA??

Especially with USDM on the way out??

You can buy miles on Flying Blue, but I cant see where they offer any bonus miles.
