Is it possible to book VA codeshare sectors on SIA reward redemptions?

Hi all, I'm looking at making Singapore J reward redemption to Europe out of Canberra.

I can find availability for my dates for Syd/Mel -> SIN -> Europe online, but nothing comes up from Canberra (though if I search for cash flights the VA codeshare sectors to/from Canberra are included).

I'm assuming I'll need to ring to include the code-share VA connecting flights, but given the longer wait times at the moment, I thought I'd check here first to see if anyone can confirm what I want is currently possible.

Thanks in advance ...

Hi trying again ...

Can anyone confirm if domestic code-share connections operated by VA can be added to a KF reward redemption?

I want to book J rewards from Canberra to Europe and return. Previous redemptions were all bookable online, but that was while SIA was flying out of Canberra. Is this currently possible via the KF call centre?

It's not possible to include any VA flights on the same KrisFlyer award ticket as the SQ flights, unfortunately. You won't be able to book that over the phone or online.

Generally you would just need to book the SQ flights using KrisFlyer miles out of MEL/SYD and make your own way to the international departure airport from CBR. You can use KrisFlyer miles to fly CBR-MEL if you want, but only on a separate ticket.

Thanks Matt, appreciate the response.
Not the answer I hoped for, would have been nice to get the connection added for no additional points.
But at least I can happily book the KF awards online now - and I've got oodles of Velocity points can use those for a connection if needed.
