Internal African Reward Flights

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to know if internal flights from Jo'burg to Nairobi via South African Airlines or Kenya Airways can be booked with points and which website/airline should I be using? I have plenty of BA, Etihad and Lufthansa points to pay for this part. I am trying to organise my trip but getting stuck on this one leg.
