Insurance which automatically includes pre existing conditions

Several of our American friends are insured with policies that have pre existing conditions waived automatically, usually as long as the premium is paid with a few days/weeks of the trip being booked. I have searched for such a policy in Australia with no luck in finding one. Does anyone have any info on this?

Hi Sanne, not sure if this helps.
Covermore do pre existing conditions, you have to complete an online questionaire, if all good you are supplied a reference no to
include on your insurance application.
