Now that the unions are flexing their muscles after the announcement yesterday- how likely do the experts on here see upcoming industrial action and how soon do you guys think this might be?
I have an entirely selfish reason to ask as I'm due for a US holiday flying QF to DFW in a week's time on Saturday and the reports in the media make me scared: Both my partner and myself soooo badly need this holiday after some really bad weeks at work, we're counting the days. Just the sound of "Industrial action" make us feeling extremely unwell about this.
Any ideas/ comments? Will they really start a major strike within just a fortnight? How wide spread would it possibly be that soon? And, of course, most important: How much at risk is our holiday? :shock::shock::shock: Please, someone give me good news!
