I'm not sure what you are asking here.

If it is for Travel Insurance then there should be no issues from any company. Have a look at the various threads here and you will see that the Japanese Gov't is determined that JAL will survive.

I'm assuming that your asking would insurance cover a JAL ticket if JAL stop flying before september...

In short, most of them would, as coverage incase of travel provider collapse is fairly common.

For greater piece of mind, ask the insurance co if they specifically "will cover you in the event of" prior to purchasing tickets or insurance...
