If you booked through qantas but it is an Emirates flight can you check in online? My Qantas app is telling me that I can only check in at the airpor.

Given it’s an Emirates flight have you tried the Emirates App?

You will need to check-in with the carrier. QF has nothing to do with seat allocation for EK. I suggest you go to the EK website to check your options.

Can confirm that you can check-in for eligible Qantas coded, Emirates operated flights via the Emirates app. (You can use the same app to select seats, etc.)

I can check in for Rome Dubai but not Dubai Melbourne. Have to go to Emirates counter in Rome. Bummer.

I agree I did that to book Chauffeur service although I was told by Emirates call centre to ring Qantas !
