I am a semi lounge lizard, too tight to pay $300 as a PS for access to the VA Lounge.

In years past, as a VA PS, we used to get (in our VR online account), a bit about 2 free access to the lounge, and it would tell you when you have used 1, and then the balance would disappear after the 2nd use.
Now it seems that this has disappeared, and only option is to buy the annual pass.
Has an VA PS used the 2 free single access visits to the VA Lounge in the past few weeks/months?

When you note VR, I assume you mean VA, since VR = TACV Cabo Verde airlines.

I haven't used VA silver passes recently, but they showed in my gf's account yesterday.

Are you trying to say you have used only 1 of your 2 free passes and the other has disappeared OR you have used your 2 and the lounge pass line has disappeared from the my benefits section ?

still 2 lounge passes, used mine a couple of months ago and they are tracked individually online as you state.

AdMEL, I was using the shortform of Velocity Rewards, but will use VA from now on.
Williamsf1, I have used mine up when I first attained VA (Velocity Rewards) PS, this would be the 2nd year, so mine this time is a retain. This is 2nd one paws running.

I've finally figured out why no one can understand your posts. A 45 word sentence, with commas used to separate random ideas and information. FFS! Use sentences - that's plural, more than one sentence! Stick to the point, cut out the irrelevant excrement. Do we need 8 words to tell us about showing in the online account. IRRELEVANT!

Facts to say past experience, the problem now and then ask a question.

Your whole original post could be:

"In the first year as VA silver I got two lounge passes.
Now in the second year I've retained silver. The passes don't appear in my online account, unlike the first year.
Does anyone know why?"

36 words, 3 sentences - intelligible.

You could say you used the passes in the first year - but that doesn't impact the question.

To answer what appears to be your question. Call Virgin, ask them.

When is your actual review date ? The passes should appear +14 days after that date if you have re qualified as silver

Middle of this month (18 Jun) is the review.
Have a flight with VA (paid) this Sun to BNE.
Will ask and see.
Granted that the 2 free entry might start at the start of my next cycle, when I get the new VA PS VGW with next expiry of Jul 16.

Right so your year hasn't even ended? That would be why there aren't 2 lounge passes. Don't expect them until the review has actually happened and they've confirmed that you're silver for another year.

VA do not put in "free" 2 PS VA passes onto PS card early.

Semi-relevant question- I bought lounge access as a PS from the rewards store today and it says it can take up to 14 days to ship, I thought it would just be credited to my account, do they actually ship anything?

No it should be present in your velocity account now and you can show your VFF card until your lounge membership card arrives. If you make SG this year they will auto refund a prorata of the fee paid

Mine is not there, it goes from Virgin Australia Lounge Member straight to Family Pooling.
In the past, without me buying lounge membership single access, there used to be the 2 free access there.
I will report back after 18 Jun. If an when it appears.
