Yes I looked yesterday myself on the off chance IC were taking bookings, maybe IC will have some promo rates to encourage us to stay when the changeover happens.

My wife and I are going to have a sticky beak on the weekend of Dec 8/9, so will report back after that if we find anything.

It will also be good to have a 50% lunch !!!

What we all really want to know is if IHG/IC will update the hotel?

Ricardo, keen to hear your thoughts about Sanctuary Cove after your foray there? We were associated with folks who had the Body Corp management from the beginning and over the first 20 years regularly visited. Always loved it, the accommodation & facilities were terrific, Hyatt ran a good operation, lovely setting, buzzy little village, and our very favourite was that georgeous lagoon pool. Bliss. Mr Julesmac mad golfer so that was also a big plus. We've also stayed in a couple of the private houses and they were also great. It was sad to see shabbiness setting in esp after ownership changed. I'd go back in a heartbeat (Melbourne winter weather, enough said) so it would be good to have your feedback. A side note - Coolum was another place regularly stayed at, and also enjoyed greatly. Wonder what kind of a mess Mr Palmer will make of it now he's got his trashy fingers on that Qld gem.......
