Was on hold with VA for 45minutes tonight to be summarily cut off at 8pm (bedtime for Virgins). I was trying to book Freedom fares and use my Plat upgrades. Instead I ended up booking Business Saver fares online due to the imminent deadline of CRV59. I sure hope the food will compensate for the wallet damage...
