I have an upcoming flight from MLE to KUL in J that has "complimentary refund prior to departure."
Now that I wish to cancel this flight (it's cheaper to add on a leg to SIN in J by about $50pp) I am discovering a few things.
1. There is a 45usd fee to cancel, per person.
2. You apparently can only cancel at an MH office in person. I'm not quite sure of this one, or if it is just my ticket, but this is what I've been told over the phone.
Still, for the amazing prices I guess I'm happy to put up with a little frustration...
