How much of a refund should I expect? [IRROPS Downgrade]

I've flown SYD-MEL-DPS, return in J, for $1998, in May 2019. All booked on-line, directly through QF. I prefer to deal directly with QF, rather than something like FC and end up with them being a go-between. This doesn't help your situation of course.
