How many points for free flights or upgrades?

so I've been looking on the Virgin site and can't seem to find this info. Ho many points would a domestic flight cost? or say how many points would u need to cover the difference between paying economy prices but getting upgraded to business?

I know if you give numbers they won't be exact and thats cool. ballpark numbers are all I'm asking for
