I had to cancel a reward booking because a connecting flight on another airline was cancelled and I couldn't make my award flight - I was told the points would be back in my account within 24 hrs but after 5 days I still haven't got them (I was hoping to re-book), does anyone know how long this usually takes? And after 5 days do I need to give the service centre another call?
