How long to get Gold status pack in mail?

I achieved Gold status on 3 April, well they awarded it to me after my SC balance reached 490 after a flight on 1/04. On 3/04 I got an email saying I'd maintained silver (received same email 2 mos previous), but on logging into my account it does in fact say I have gold status.

How long before my gold card and bag tag comes? Hoping they haven't made a mistake.

I've usually found on renewal it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive my new card but status changes can sometimes take a bit longer.

When my status changed from Gold to Platinum last year, I was eagerly awaiting my new card and luggage tags but the pack never arrived. The VFF rep on here kindly arranged to order a replacement pack for me, but in all, it took almost 2 months (status changed 7 March, replacement pack ordered 10 April, finally arrived 6 May). I dropped back to Gold this year - my account was "under review" (as per the normal process) for a couple of weeks before my account status changed, and then the Gold pack arrived a couple of weeks after that.
