How long for status to update in Velocity

Hello Folks,
Been a while since I posted / lurked around on the forum but back in the travel zone with a new job so hope to see more of you all.

Not that it would make any difference since I do not have any flights in the coming two weeks, but just curious, how long does it take for the Status to change in the app after status credits have been credited. I got my SC credited a week after flying and now been a week since the number to meet Silver were achieved but the status has not ticked over.. The app is interesting, it has an "arrow" on silver along the status line and the next status for me to aim for is Lifetime Gold, which I am 60% thru in quest..

I went from Gold to PLatinum recently, my SYD-BNE flight ticked me over to platinum, and when the SC arrived a couple hours after the flight - automatically ticked me to platinum and the app was instantaly updated to show this.

Yes a little over an hour after i left the flight that took me from Silver to Gold.
