How long for points to credit from a Virgin Atlantic flight?

Just wondering what your experiences are with receiving points from a Virgin Atlantic flight?

I flew to the UK with my family in March and received the outbound points within four days (including the pooled points from my family members).

However, 6 weeks later and still no points for the return flight. I did a retro claim after two weeks but still waiting.

All very frustrating as I would have hit platinum with these status credits...and instead am taking my regular internal flights and creeping towards platinum at 10 SCs a flight!

Just wondering whether others have had similar problems?

Interesting - I had all my VS flights credit at around 1 week after the flight - but that was before Sabre made a mess of things. I wonder if that's affected it at all?

My son and I flew in April after Sabre to HKG all details in booking and printed on boarding passes - still no points - just lodged a retro claim (also did one on MH for my CX points today as well!)
