My advice would be give it a go anyway and see how you go. The worst they can do is say No and it's not going to hurt to try.

Their acll center is closed now, but the general/normal qantas person said that they are pretty sure it's only 12 months. Mine is 16 dec 2005 :(
I still have the full boarding pass though...

When did you get your membership?

And given that date, chances of it being credited are 0-0.1%.

I haven't joined yet but was considering it. I think that my decision on whether I join or not will depend on whether they will give me the points..or not.:p

I very much doubt that they will though because there would be a prob with the status creds...

I can't imagine what problem with status credits you refer to, but I would suggest you would have no chance of getting either the points or status credits.

If your last flight was in 2005, I'd have a good think about whether or not its really of any value to you to join the QFF program. If thats an indication of your flying frequency then you'll probably be waiting a long time to get any return from the program (It's likely to be "enhanced" again making rewards even harder to get), and if you have no activity for 3 years your points will expire anyway.

There are probably better ways to spend the $82.50 than on a new card for your wallet!
