How on earth Clive Dorman maintains his job is beyond me.

His latest effort is a rather simplistic picture of Australian commerical avaition.

Basically it is another portal for the whinge brigade to get into gear again. Doesn't matter who you fly, Clive's article let's you b*tch and moan about anything that flies again and again and again.......

Thought this one was pretty good.

United - well, what can one say! Tired old plane, with tired old staff, "screen on the wall" video system, dodgy food, uncomfortable seats. SO glad I didn't upgrade to the next class from economy, though. They actually have seats which FACE each other! OMG! Where do you look?

Agreed, sloppy tired writing. I don't know why ZMR's Nana from Perth was charged $250 by QF for baggage 2kg overweight
