How are the new Qatar flights doing?

Recently Qatar has doubled their flights to Australia. I've only flown a couple of times but in J. What I'm curious is in economy, how is the utilisation? Did they really just double their flights and they are almost immediately at capacity?

Is the next move to go to 3x with VA as they originally wanted?

So far we only have stats for the first 2 and a bit months of the VA/QR operation to DOH.

Here are the average monthly loads for the QR and for the VA flights, according to BITRE data:

That's not bad, from 61% to 87% just in 2 months, I bet it's above 90% now!

I wonder where those passengers came from? Certainly not cannibalising QR ‘s flights.

And then onwards to Europe. - QR’s loads there must be fantastic.
