A sad story indeed. But I would treat the Daily Express with even more contempt than I would the Herald Sun, and as with any aviation story in the mainstream media, there will be truths, half-truths & fabrications.

Any number of reasons could have triggered what happened, but to blame the pilot for a landing that resulted in someone taking his own life is a big leap...
