We are travelling with Jetstar soon and I'm just wanting to understand something (have searched but can't find definitive answer). I phoned the customer services but they didn't understand what I was trying to ask and the phone cut.
I know Jetstar have different (slender) 'offerings' to passengers when they delay / cancel from your "home port" .... but what if you live over 400 kilometres from your home port? You can't just go home to wait for your next flight (if postponed/moved). Do they offer extra assistance if you can prove you live a long long way away?
Also, I know this is not Jetstar but related, we have two general complimentary lounge passes which we can attach to our booking but there's two adults and one child. Can you buy an extra pass for the child at the lounge? Or is there a way to obtain a pass somehow?
