HK trip - some questions

I'm travelling to Hong Kong in November thanks to the recent SQ special, and was wondering if anybody knows of, or can recommend a good accommodation with the following criteria:

- Serviced apartment preferred to hotel (mainly due to price)
- One month stay (1 - 28 Nov)
- Sleeps 4 people (2 married couples)
- Located close to MTR station
- Preference for mainland side rather than HK side
