Is it very clunky usually or is it just me? Yesterday and today I can't access confirmations for reservations in Australia via the confirmation number but can for overseas reservations. I get the message that my session has expired. Grrr.

I find that the Hilton site is never wonderful.

I just checked and I can get into all my reservations OK though.

We were talking at work about how rubbish the Hilton website is. Never known a website to require you to log in so many times and often no home page link on many of their pages. I clicked on the Hawaii competition picture this morning and twice it came back saying competition had closed 31 December 2009!

Couldn't agree more. I'm using the site quite a bit at the moment. (I have 21 reservations in the system) The constant need to log on is an absolute pain.

Same, same!

Hilton do so many things right, but their web site is not one of them.

Count me in as someone that is consistently frustrated by the website. It often seems to have the 404 page when I am going to book or check a price. And having to log in several times in the same transaction is a nightmare!

Add me to the growing list of disgruntled users, for all the reasons previously commented. If it wasn't for the HPC discount and upgrades, I's be staying elsewhere

Was about to post a similar thread, since becoming Gold and very soon Platinum I am staying at Hiltons at every chance

A new error for me tonight,

[h=2]Failure of server APACHE bridge:[/h]

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.

When the Hilton website has the most posts on the Hilton forum on Flyertalk because the website has been so bad you know the website isn't one of their strong parts of the chain.

The ICHG brand did a website upgrade a few months ago but it seems to have fixed itself.

Hilton actually lost a few nights from me last year because of their website.

The Hilton website is driving me nuts today. I log in, then follow a link and get the "please login" page. When I get to my reservations and try to select a current reservation I get an error message. :evil:

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Just today??? Drives me nuts every time I use it.:eek:

Bloody useless half the time. If trying to book and its not working out for you try the Hilton uk site - its worked for me before when the main US site didn't. It's not much better though.
