Hi, Found this on FT thanks to Princess Fiona

PR09PN seems to offer 40% off, with breakfast, provided the booking starts on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday...it is non-refundable however

I booked Hilton Tower Bridge for GBP126 plus VAT for standard room.

Hopefully my comp Diamond gets me an upgrade and exec access??

Is this rate still entitled to points under HHonors and the Q1 More Points Promotion? I can't get a list of excluded rates from the Hilton website.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

no idea but it did allow me to ask for an updgrade

Generally any rate booked on a Hilton family website or via their 'phone agents is eligible for benefits.

As for the Q1 promo there's no list of exluded rates this time so I'd suggest that a rate eligible for HHonor bennies will be eligible for this.

Has anyone successfully used this rate in the US? I can't see any availability for my hotels / dates but plenty of MVP rates available.

Not used in US. It appears to be very hotel specific. For example it only worked for 2 of the London based Hiltons.

You can use AAA rate if you are a RACV or equivalent member.

Agreed, the AAA rate is fairly reliable in the LOTFAP. There is a large rather unwieldy thread on the HHonors forum on FT  which you can search for something better.
Most of my upcoming US stays are booked on AAA and I will search closer to check-in for MVP availability.

MVP generally rocks when it is available (due to both its "flexibility" and it's discount off the "Best Available (flexible) Rate".

In the US if you are certain about your stay then the advance purchase option gets you a great price.
We booked and prepaid Hilton Orange in California at about $100 a night to be able to walk over to Angels Stadium for the baseball.
Do not prepay if your plans could change.
Hilton Canary Wharf was 246 pounds to get the lounge facilities included in London....it is a very good property with quick access to the DLR....as always if someone knows how to get a better deal I would like to know as that is a hefty price.

Thanks QF029 regarding the Hilton Canary Wharf London weekend rate. I will talk to them next week when I am in London.

I've been waiting for my H Honors Gold status match from Virgin to came though but I should probably book at this rate as I'm assuming I can add the card details later.

Btw does anyone know how long it takes Hilton to get back to you after joining via Virgin website opt in?

According to the thread it has been pretty quick lately.

Add your HH number now if you have it as they normally only process upgrades etc in the last day or so prior to a stay.

As anyone used the PR13CB corporate rate code?

I'm interested in Hilton ask for id. On FT they say the rate won't qualify for Hilton promos but still a good discount anyway since you seem to get the benefits of being a Gold/Plat (once I eventually get contact re the Virgin offer!).

Great find, thanks kefci200. Ive just used it for the Brighton Hilton Metropole, UK in June. Saved 60 pounds - also a free upgrade to sea-view room.

Nice find.....unfortunately the code only works at certain hotels

Is there a list that it works on? :)

No but if you put the code in Hilton system for the city you want it will say "reservation type not available" for those that don't offer.

For London that was 2 out of 15 hotels!
