Hilton Diamond Continental Breakfast + Executive Lounge Breakfast on the same day?

Hi All. So I am planning a stay with 3 people at the HSP residencies. I am currently HD. All 3 of us would like breakfast, but my understanding is its only the diamond member + 1. Not everyone staying in the room.

So all 3 of us could have breakfast during our stay, can anyone see a problem if say 2 of us went to the breakfast at salt and the other went to the lounge for breakfast?

I've never had a problem with them extending b'fast to all in the room.

Same. HSP has been changing terms lately though and others have reported back not even the diamond member has been granted lounge access whilst in the residences. The most recent report (from Straitman) suggested no such problem though.

From the GM that HHonors entitlements apply no matter which part of the hotel you stay in.

Yes, as it should (IMHO), but I'm trying to reconcile that GM statement with experiences reported here. In fact I've been told a few times by HSP staff themselves that not even diamonds will be offered upgrades in the residences, yet have also received upgrades there. I'm wondering if there is a new GM trying to sort out the myriad of small problems. I know the lounge offering did improve at one point. Here's hoping!

Apparently for a while things were as you say swanning_it, but it has been changed back to what the HH entitlements are.
