Hi there, new to AFF, upcoming flights to US and Canada with 2 kids...used to work for QC and QFF programs in their inbound call centre...

Its up to you, but its not always a great idea to use what may be your real name. If you reconsider and want to change, I think it can be done. Use the envelope symbol at top right to start a 'private conversation' with "support" and ask.
 
It sure is. The key think is not to hold back because it might be a 'dumb question' No such thing here. But I dare say you might be on the giving info side as well ...
