HHonors "Choose Your Reward" Vote

HHonors allows members to choose the 4th quarter award starting Nov 1.
The choice is either double points starting second stay or 1K bonus points for every night Thu-Mon.

Diamond - 4, Gold - 3, Silver - 2 ,Blue - 1.

I tried to vote and received the following message after logging in as a Gold

"You are not able to register for this promotion online.Please call the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care nearest you for assistance, or call 1-800-HHONORS."

I voted last week via a link on Facebook and it worked fine.
Neither option is particularly flash to be honest but I picked the double points.

Closed already, I went for the double points too. Should net around 100k hopefully, much better than the 25k or so from the other option.
