Hertz AAA RACV

Hello,

Has anyone used Hertz AAA RACV discount recently when renting a car in the US and if so what CDP did you use? I found this NRMA one 74155 which waives the young driver surcharge on the Hertz website but this one I found for RACV 74269 does not waive it.
Do you think they would acccept RACV card with AAA logo on it when booking pre-paid using NRMA CDP?
