Hey all

Have been looking for family accommodation in Helsinki that is value for money (the two don't usually appear in the same sentence), and have come across the Huoneistohotelli Citykoti Apartment Hotel.

It looks positive, and am waiting for them to respond to my query tomorrow morning their time when back into the office, but I was curious if the community has had any experience with them, and what your thoughts were. There appears to be a bit of mucking around to get the keys as the office is separate to the apartments, but that appears to be relatively trivial except for the fact it will be cold when we are there.

Cheers!

I've just booked. A bit of too and fro on email, then a phone call to a Finnish mobile to give credit card details (I don't have a fax machine). Their English was impeccable.
