Help re Kaligo bookings

Hi everyone

I have noticed that you can book hotels with Velocity points using Kaligo. I have also noted that ordinarily you can accrue points on other airline's programs with Kaligo.

Is it therefore possible to make a booking using velocity points but accrue miles from the booking on say, Asia Miles?
