Help please Lufthansa lost luggage contact numbers and FCT fail

Hi arrived in the US yesterday and Lufthansa lost my luggage. Checked in at FCT and they tagged my bag with someone elses luggage tag and vv. Got to Boston other persons bag was there with my name on. Did the whole lost bag thing but tge reference no they wrote down is incorrect and cannot trace it on where is my suitcase which is the baggage tracker company Lufthasa use. Tried to ring USA general no and they could not provide me with a phone number to ring for lost baggage to get the correct baggage number. Any ideas?
