Condog,
Welcome to AFF.
I will post some tips, but you need to do some of the ground work yourself.

It's not that hard.
Start by calculating the distances on MileageMonkey

MileageMonkey
Use the oneworld Explorer Validator and tick Ignore errors (you need to use the 3-digit airport codes)
PQQ-SYD-LAX-SFO,RNO-PHX-FLG,JFK-LHR-JFK,LAX-SYD-PQQ
(will also show you the earning under the old system)
(albeit not all the us Airways routes seem to be there. Also how are you getting from flagstaff-jfk and jfk-lax)

So using GCMAP as an alternate:
Great Circle Mapper

Then look at the Simpler thread, or the Qantas terms and conditions
http://www.australianfrequentflyer..../qantas-points-status-credits-lets-61246.html
Frequent Flyer - Flying Qantas & Partner Airlines - Flying with Qantas & Jetstar - Earning Points with Qantas & Jetstar

Post your results and I am sure people here will comment on whether it is correct.
