Hi All,

Anyone flying USA-BNE the next couple of weeks that has any spare luggage capacity?

Need half a dozen brand new tires that can only be purchased in the USA brought out before New Years - before Christmas is even better. Each tire is 14kg, so 2 strapped together is 28kg. Any would help, even if it is just one tire.

Situation:
Tires in question can only be bought in USA - though manufactured in Taiwan. I had 5 left of them from a prior importation of 20 of them left, but they got stolen when I was broken into 3 months back. To be in the position I am now, rubs more salt into that wound.

I did buy another 20 of them 4 months ago to ship out another shipment assuming they would land early November. The people we are co-shipping out with choose to delay shipping to fill up a 40ft container of cargo, and inform me they now that they will be available from the 4th January, which is too late. Sure I will find homes for them, but too late for the big race we need them for.

They are used for racing for kids - and the Australian title is in QLD early January. It only comes around to QLD once every 7 years as it rotates around the states - and for many is the only chance for many including ourselves to afford to front for the Australian Title.

Happy to buy the new tires in the USA, happy to pay a couple of $$$ towards the inconvenience of someone lugging them out as their checked baggage, happy to go and pick up from Airport on arrival or your home in Brisbane.

Just would appreciate some help in our jam if you can help carry out some tires.

Send me a PM if you can help out.
