Just want to confirm before booking hotel and next flight: my flight from Hawaii will leave Honolulu 12.30pm Saturday 6 May 2017. It arrives in Sydney 7.20pm (+1 day). So does this mean it arrives Sunday 7 May at 7.20pm?
Thanks

Have done that flight a few times and echo what other have said re the next day arrival when flying HNL/SYD as Hawaii is 20 hours behind SYD in July as it won't be daylight saving then.
For the SYD/HNL flight on the way over you arrive the same day as you're crossing the international date line so even if you depart SYD on Sat 29 Apr in the evening, you'll arrive same day in the morning.
Yep, my QF4 departs HNL @ 13.45 on Wednesday 28th Sep and arrives into SYD @ 20.15 on the 29th Sept. Very different story If departing LAX as our flight leave around 23.00 and we lose a day and get in around 7.00am or so
