Is anyone else having difficulty getting airberlin flights credited correctly to their QFF accounts?

I was flying TXL-DUS (and vice versa) pretty regularly last year, both before and after AB filed for insolvency.

All flights before late August credited correctly and automatically, but the last three flights I took (in late August and early September) have been a bit of a battle. They didn't post automatically, so I filed a Missing Points Claim... then didn't hear anything for months. Followed up via email a few times and eventually the flights were posted, but with the wrong number of points and SCs (I purchased a Economy Flex fare, which should be categorised as Flexible Economy, but I've been credited as if it was just ordinary Economy).

The issue seems to be that I was booked in the S fare bucket, which on intercontinental flights would be categorised as ordinary Economy, but for domestic German flights, is irrelevant - the type of fare (Economy Light / Classic / Flex) determines the QFF category. I had about a dozen flights with this scenario (S class but Economy Flex fare) post automatically and correctly before these flights.

The boarding passes all clearly show the fare type and I've even got an email from the travel agent confirming the fare I purchased, but 10+ emails and three phone calls to the WP line later, QFF still won't amend the posted flights. Every time I call, they acknowledge the mistake and promise to fix it within a few days, but then a few days later I get a generic email saying the flights have been credited correctly.

Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on what to do next? The only thing I can think of is writing a letter to Jayne Hrdlicka...

Call and insist on a supervisor. I have had to do that a lot lately which is disappointing. I never had to do that when the FF call centre was in Melbourne.

It might be a battle - the Qantas earn charts show S as an Economy Classic fare, which is why it will be posting as such.

FWIW Qantas won't be receiving any money from Airberlin for flights flown after AB filed for insolvency. So it's not exactly in their interests to award the higher points/SCs as they can't pass on the bill to AB...
