I had transferred some points to Velocity a couple of weeks back and was expecting some more to come through after a stay on the weekend, as I had now activated "earning as miles".

Logged in today to see what was going on and had noted that my Velocity number was still there but not Virgin Australia selected as a program option - scrolling through the list, it seems to have disappeared from it.

Is there something wrong at my end or has it appeared the two have parted ways? I feel responsible for this...
