Hi all

If you're anything like me sometimes you'll be looking out for flight changes to your VA flights very eagerly..

A handy tip, if you go through the Velocity website and into My Bookings (yes, after logging in more than once), and then click View Itinerary... Once in the itinerary screen all flights which have had their time changed are shown as "FLOWN", with the new flight timing shown below.

It's a very unfortunate system to use the word flown, as I'm sure it'll cause quite a few people to freak out and jump onto the phones.

Alas, for us FF, it can be quite handy for refunds and free flight changes!

Bart.

Their whole website experience is just weird and confusing at the moment, especially for newbies who don't log on every day or two. Recently with weather delays out of SYD, I was rebooked three times and each of the previous bookings showed 'flown'. I was hoping the SCs would credit for all of them. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. :p

It's nuts - we had duplicate bookings with "flown" showing as well. However the times, dates etc. were exactly the same.
