GST refund at BNE [enough time? ~9am, 2 hr transit, Dom to Int]

I will be flying to Sin on qf660 via bne. I arrive in Bne at 8.10 am and depart Bne qf 51at 10.10 am. Does anyone know how the situation is like at the GST refund counter is like at that time of the day?? I apologise if I have posted this in the wrong section of the forum.

Busy, I would do it straight away as soon as you get there. That time is the busiest at the international terminal with many flights!

Go straight through international security lanes and the immigration lane and the GST refund counter is there on the right. Go straight there and you should have plenty of time. I forgot about mine last time until late and was through in 2 minutes at around 9 am so should not be a problem.

I haven't tried this myself, but it might make things quicker. Noticed it when we went through in January.
